Our team recently launched “phase one” of a completely new web presence for RPM Group.
Throughout the process, we utilized strategic planning sessions to identify how this new design would help RPM Group meet their business goals. Through collaboration, every decision – whether branding integration, the words on each page, or the tone of headshots – was made with these goals in mind.
On the surface, the new iteration of their website provides a modern and uncluttered online experience that makes it even easier to find the people, properties, or resources visitors are looking for. Structurally, the site was developed on a platform that can grow to include more features over time.
Phase one of our build for RPM Group’s website includes:
- mobile responsive design,
- commercial and residential rental listings,
- apartment community details,
- team member search and detail pages,
- contact forms for listings and submitting maintenance requests,
- customized landing pages for agents,
- job postings,
- video storytelling on the homepage (suppressed on mobile view), and
- a content management system that is both easy-to-use and incredibly customized.
Within the site’s CMS, website administrators can control virtually all information displayed on the site. Commercial listings and industry news are both integrated from external feeds that automatically update every night. A customized user role allows each agent to update his or her own details and listings without accessing to other parts of the site. A similar role for property managers allows each to keep rental listings up to date for the communities they manage as well as post community news and events.
As before any new launch, we tested our design to make sure it looks beautiful across all popular web browsers and that it properly adjusts for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
