Does Digital Marketing Work?

FLEX360 has been in the digital marketing business for over a decade and we hear this a lot. It’s a fair question. After all, digital marketing is pretty new and often times a client rarely (if ever) sees their ad while surfing online.

Digital marketing does work, but you can’t just rely on a monthly report about “click-throughs” or “impressions.” Those reports really don’t explain much. In order to really tell if your digital marketing (or any marketing for that matter) is worth it or not, you have to examine a website’s analytics.

At FLEX360, we offer Analytics 360 – a review (lasting an hour or less) about your website’s traffic.

Our program provides you with easy to understand feedback about your customers and visitors. It answers the following questions and more:

  • Is your website traffic increasing or decreasing?
  • Who is visiting your website? Are they mostly male or female? How old are they?
  • Where do the people who are viewing your site live?
  • What types of sites have your customers been viewing lately?
  • What pages of your website are people visiting?
  • How long did they stay on your site on average?
  • Do you have a page or action that you want a person to take that’s visiting your site? If so, how many of your visitors are ending up on the page you want them at?

This information can be very helpful in deciding the direction of not only your marketing but your business as well.
