FLEX360 website launch: St. Vincent Hospital New Outlook Tennis

FLEX360 has launched NewOutlookTennis.com, the official site for the longest running USTA Pro Circuit tennis tournament in the country.

The site runs on the WordPress platform and includes custom modules that allow online donations and ticket sales for the event, benefits St. Vincent's New Outlook cancer recovery program.

Tournament Chairman Pete Tanguay, who is president of Rock-Pond Solutions, said FLEX360 was able to transform the site from an informational site that required a programmer to update to a "powerful, professional-looking" Web site that non-technical tournament volunteers can easily operate.

"Now we can sell tickets online for multiple events, we have significantly expanded the value to our sponsors, e-mail notifications and tournament updates are integrated through a data-driven subscriber list, and we've simplified the process of posting pictures from multiple sources," Tanguay said. "Best of all, we've trained a non-technical person to manage the site using the tools provided by FLEX360."
