Innovate Arkansas works with new, technology-based entrepreneurs to turn inventions and high-tech concepts into viable businesses.

Their goal: Create high-paying Arkansas jobs in the knowledge, technology, and information-based industries.

The result: A rise in Arkansas' per capita personal income.
