FLEX360 Featured in Fortune Small Business

FLEX360 Web Development of Little Rock was recently featured in a Fortune Small Business article as an e-commerce advisor to Personalized Bottle Water of Little Rock.

In the article, part of a series of small business makeovers sponsored by Fortune Small Business, FLEX360 Director Brent Birch details a plan for custom-labeled water bottler Mark Sikes to improve his company’s online sales.The plan called for added functionality to the Personalized Bottled Water’s Web site to free the company and its clients from unnecessary work. “I suggested adding a label-design tool to the site to save him and his clients time and money,” Birch said.

Birch also recommended changes to the company’s homepage to improve search engine results and attract customers.The site should keep ordering instructions and product information at the forefront, avoiding distracting animations and other gimmicky images, Birch explained. The homepage should also emphasize Personalized Bottle Water’s differentials, Birch said. “Potential customers need to be able to easily find the site when they are searching for that type of product,” Birch said.

“And when they get to the site, finding information and ordering a product should be seamless.“Personalized Bottled Water could also turn Web site visitors into sales leads by capturing contact information on them. Birch advised giving site visitors a chance to talk to a company representative and to provide them some information, like pricing, only if they gave contact info. “That way Personalized Bottled Water has a chance to follow up with a potential client and make a sale,” Birch said.
