FLEX360 Redesigns AABP Web Site, Adds RSS

FLEX360 Web Development of Little Rock has launched a redesign of Bizpubs.org, the Web site for the Alliance of Area Business Publications. The redesign includes the addition of RSS feeds of top stories from member news sites, as well as better organized AABP information and a calendar of events.

"We wanted the new site be as useful as possible," said Brent Birch, FLEX360 director. "At the same time, we wanted to organize it in a clean, simple way that allowed members and other users quick access to the news and information they need."Members can make job postings on the site, advertising for all manner of sales, editorial and administrative positions. Users can search for member publications, regional news headlines and contact information by geographic location and name.

The site also makes it easier for readers to sign-up for member publications' e-newsletters and RSS feeds. Readers can even access subscription information and order member publications. The new Bizpubs.org allows AABP members to communicate with one another by providing a complete membership directory with contact information.

Soon, readers will be able to access advertising information for each of the members' publications, including reader demographic data.
