The FLEX360 Team
With over 20 years of managing in multi-media, John came to Little Rock and FLEX360 in 2014. In his previous experience, he oversaw groups of newspapers and their websites in Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana.
During that time he received awards and recognition for the editorial, sales, marketing and financial performance of the papers he supervised.
Before moving to Little Rock, he and his family resided at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. John has a daughter who is attending the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and a son who plays high school baseball.
As director of FLEX360, Robert oversees the day-to-day operations – supervising both the web development and web marketing divisions in our company.
He has nearly two decades of experience in web programming and marketing. During his career, he’s been a programmer at American Taekwondo Association and Aristotle as well as the digital marketing manager at Candy Bouquet International. He’s spent the last three years at FLEX360.
Robert attended and graduated at University of Little Rock at Arkansas. In his off time, he enjoys eating at local restaurants, outdoor activities and traveling with his wife Amy.
Senior Web Developer
Jonathan is not only our Senior Web Developer, he’s also longest tenured member of our team. He has been at FLEX360 for most of its existence. Through the years, Jonathan has been essential in the creation of Arkansas Businesses suite of websites – ArkansasBusiness.com, LittleRockSoiree.com, LittleRockFamily.com etc.) – some of the most viewed websites in the state of Arkansas.
Jonathan was born and raised in Arkansas. He attended the University of Central Arkansas, where he received a degree in computer science. At the beginning of his career, before he came to FLEX360, he worked at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau where he managed their website and their computer network.
Jonathan loves the outdoors - especially if it’s going camping, kayaking or fishing with his wife and two boys.
Lance Corder has over 15 years experience in web design and programming. He’s our senior designer and has been with FLEX360 for seven years – creating the aesthetic design of most of our web sites during that time. Before coming to us, Lance worked with the Log Cabin Democrat, Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and Sync Weekly in a variety of roles ranging from web designer to online editor.
A lifelong resident of Arkansas, Lance attended the University of Central Arkansas. He has a wide array of talents ranging from writer, photo editor, designer and network technician.
Like his professional life, Lance also has many personal interests including trail hiking with his dogs, communications and media systems engineering, enjoying local festivals, watching films and attending concerts.
Amanda Potter Cole
Amanda has been managing a variety of projects in the nonprofit, government, and private sectors for more than ten years. A key asset that she brought to our team is her talent to translate technology and web terminology between those in the field and those with other specialties.
Amanda met her husband around the Hendrix College billiards table while taking a break from studying for her bachelors degree in religious studies. Thrall, a Bichon Shih-Tzu mix, completes their family and occasionally visits the office.
When Amanda isn't managing web design projects, she shares her passion for making the world a more awesome place - either through her philanthropic work with the American Association of University Women and the Women's Foundation of Arkansas or by evangelizing for local food procurement and thoughtful eating through a weekly food column, #ChewOnIt, in the Log Cabin Democrat.
Aaron has been a developer for over six years. He’s spent the past two years with our Flex team. Before then, he worked as a freelance developer and spent time at Web International and the Clinton Library.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock where he received a BS in Computer Science.
Aaron and his wife are proud parents of a newborn son and enjoy spending time with him. If there is any spare time left he loves traveling, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing and eating good food and drinking good beer.
